1. Non-Refundable Membership Fee

All membership fees paid to Hindu Kalyan Manch are strictly non-refundable. By submitting your payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The membership fee is a donation or contribution towards the objectives of the Trust.
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
  • Change of mind
  • Inability to participate
  • Dissatisfaction with the services or activities

2. Membership Confirmation

Once the payment is processed, you will receive an email or message confirming your membership. This confirmation serves as your acknowledgment of our non-refundable policy.

Once the refund is approved amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days .
